I haven't tried flooding the server with ridiculously high rates though, so that might work. CoD MW2 is working via Tunngle (kind of like Hamachi), but neither Killing Floor or Flatout 2 work via LAN. The game just suggest I search again, but it never finds anything. In-game the client cant ever find the host.

The laptop and PC are connected via UTP cables that go through a hub. PS: I've tested a lot of settings, client and server-wise, nothing I could do would cause a server to lag. We can ping each other fine, I tested it. I feel like the modding/community maps and dedicated servers don't get enough appreciation or gets taken for granted when its far from a given in games nowadays (gotta sell dem DLC's and save on server costs by having some shitty.
